RA Government is unready to acknowledge real challenges of RA -Turkey border opening, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Parliamentary Faction representative Artsvik Minasyan stated during discussions on “Initialed Protocols and RA-Turkey relations: National and state interests and challenges”.
“Possible challenges of RA-Turkey border opening are not reflected in RA budget for 2010. So how can we risk border opening ?” RA parliamentarian questioned.
