ANC: RA President going to make concessions in Karabakh issue

The Armenian National Congress (ANC) issued a statement on occasion of signature of Armenian-Turkish Protocols in Zurich on October 10.

“Independently of ratification of the document, Turkey has already got everything it wanted. After the signature, Turkey will directly link opening of the border to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” the statement says. “After Serzh Sargsyan agreed to form a committee of historians, the Karabakh problem will be included in the agenda of Armenian-Turkish relations.”

After inclusion of the Armenian Genocide issue in the agenda of RA foreign policy, it has become an article of commerce, according to the ANC.

“Failing to enlist confidence of his own nation, Armenian President is seeking international support and is going to make unacceptable concessions in the Karabakh issue,” the statement says.
