Member of Armenian National Congress (ANC) Davit Shahnazaryan said the ANC has prepared a 400-page suit against former President of Armenia Robert Kocharian over March 1, 2008 events.
“The suit will be sent to the International Court of Justice,” he said, adding that the Congress collected over 100 thousand signatures for the document, which will be sent to the Court when translated.
