Armenia should denounce the Treaty of Kars to neutralize the Azerbaijani factor in the process of Armenian-Turkish reconciliation, according to former NKR Foreign Minister Arman Melikyan.
“Armenia should ratify the Protocols only in case the Treaty of Kars is denounced. Otherwise, we will be deprived of efficient diplomatic tools,” he said.
