The process of normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations arouses concerns because Turkey is not a reliable partner, according to former NKR Foreign Minister.
“The leadership laid down a condition: either the border opens and Armenia develops or the opposite,” Arman Melikyan said.
“United opposition is the only force capable to stop ratification of Turkey-Armenia Protocols. But now, opposition is disintegrated and weak while the authorities are backed by the international community,” he said.
