Kazakhstan agrees to host talks over Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Republic of Kazakhstan Deputy FM Konstantin Zhigalov said.
At that he noted that regular meeting between Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers is rescheduled for February in Luxemburg.
Kazakh official observes positive tendencies in conflict settlement process. “We positively assess the intermediary efforts of Russia and first of all its President Dmitry Medvedev for organizing a whole series of top-level meetings between Armenia and Azeri leaders,” Zhigalov said.
Our country first of all wants to play an active role in that direction, he noted. “Kazakhstan is ready to host this and other possible meetings on its territory,” Kazinform quotes Deputy FM as saying.
