Azerbaijani President’s statements should be ignored, political scientist Alexander Manasyan said when commenting on Ilham Aliyev’s threats of war.
“The Azerbaijani President’s statements are addressed not to Armenia or OSCE MG Co-Chairs but to his own people,” Dr. Manasyan said.
