Yerevan is grateful to Riga for reasonable approach to the Karabakh issue, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said after a meeting with his Latvian counterpart Valdis Zatlers.
“We discussed regional issues and came to a unified opinion that conflicts require a peaceful diplomatic settlement, in the framework of international law,” the Armenian leader said.
