The Constitutional Court of Armenia has offended against law, ANC representative Levon Zurabyan said.
“The Armenian National Congress went to the law, urging to announce the Jan. 10 parliamentary elections at the 10th constituency invalid. However, the case will come on March 5. The court can delay consideration of a case only if it's overloaded with similar suits. As is known, the ANC was the only to bring a suit,” he told a news conference on Tuesday.
“Unfortunately, we live in a country where such issue can't be appealed,” Zurabyan said, adding that the CC follows orders of the RA leadership.
