NKR, as a state, is no different from other countries of the world and has to be acknowledged by the international community, Heritage parliamentary group secretary Larisa Alaverdyan said.
As she told a news conference in Yerevan, the meeting between NKR President Bako Sahakyan and OSCE Chairman is a step forward to Artsakh’s involvement in negotiations, but also a return to the start of the talks, with Karabakh among negotiating parties.
