On Monday, February 22, Armenian parliament addressed CSTO RRF formation agreement, put up for discussion by RA Deputy Minister of Defense Ara Nazaryan.
The head of RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Armen Rustamyan especially noted CSTO agreement provision, stipulating that aggression against member state spells aggression against organization as a whole.
“The resolutions of CSTO Defense Ministers council are being taken by consensus. Much has to be done to optimize the mechanism of decision making so that it won’t be used for constant postponement of urgent decisions,” Armen Rustamyan emphasized.
