Following the recent decision of US House Foreign Affairs Committee on the passage of H.Res. 252, RA NA speaker addressed a message to his counterpart in US House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi.
The message characterized resolution passage not only as a moral tribute to Armenian nation, but also a fair response to the crime against humanity.
On behalf of RA NA, Hovik Abrahamyan expressed gratitude to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, as well as all Congressmen who supported the passage of resolution, expressing hope for its adoption at US House of Representatives.
“Triumph of historical justice can’t hamper Armenia-Turkey rapprochement, bringing, instead, the two people closer together,” the message concluded.
