The Armenian National Congress (ANC) congratulated all veterans of the Great Patriotic and Arstakh Liberation Wars on occasion of the 65th anniversary of the victory in GPW and liberation of Shushi.
Freedom of a victorious nation can’t be limited, the ANC said in a statement.
