It’s time for Armenia to renounce mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group and Madrid Principles, expert Levon Shirinyan stated.
“Discussion of any issue regarding its territories is inadmissible for Armenia,” he said.
As to recognition of Nagorno Karabakh, the expert said “it’s a matter of time.”
“Yerevan will recognize Artsakh when the right time comes,” Shirinyan said.
