The speech made by the first RA President Levon Ter-Petrossian at 16th congress of Armenian National Movement is a SOS signal of external and internal threats Armenia is currently facing, the head of newly-elected ANM administration Aram Manukyan stated.
s he told a news conference in Yerevan, Levon Ter-Petrossian’s speech raised demographic issues in Armenia and NKR, which current authorities are unable to resolve. “Recently, international structures have adopted resolutions unfavorable to Armenia. Timeframe to settle Karabakh issue is decreasing, with all the aspects indicated capable of leading to anti-Armenian settlement of the issue,” he stated.
