Vahan Dilanyan the Chairman of Political Developments Research Centre, sent a letter to Catholicos of All Armenians His Holiness Karekin II to call on him to refrain from mediating the transfer of Azeri subversive Mubariz Ibrahimov’s dead body to Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijan is a country which encourages outrageous crimes and honors a murderer as a national hero,” Dilanyan said. “The request to return the body should have been sent to Stepanakert. However, neither Stepanakert nor Yerevan received any.”
