Feeling unpunished, Azerbaijan continues planning and committing new crimes, a spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry said.
“Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry can’t deny that the country acts as terrorist. Spokesman Elkhan Polukhov’s desperate attempts to justify the grisly murder of Manvel Saribekyan and absurd statements by the Azerbaijani officials are encouraged by impunity of instigators of massacres of the Armenian population in Sumgait, Baku and Kirovabad,” Tigran Balayan said when commenting on the latest statements by the Azerbaijani MFA.
“Inspired by this impunity, the Azerbaijani authorities did not stop: they unleashed a large-scale aggression against Armenia and Artsakh,” he said.
