Armenian students can’t stand aside while Azerbaijan is plotting new diversions, said Tsolak Hakobyan, chairman of the student council of Yerevan State University (YSU).
“The YSU students once again call on the OSCE to send a fact-finding mission to the territories occupied by Azerbaijan,” he said during a news conference on October 8.
Armenian students are indignant over the zero reaction of the OSCE Minsk Group to the murder of Armenian captive Manvel Saribekyan in Baku.
“The OSCE inactivity encourages Baku for new provocations,” Hakobyan said.
