Agreement signed in Socialist International Committee framework and arrangements in Potsdam are utterly different. Unlike Armenian National Movement, (ANM) we haven’t signed any documents, the head of Hay Dat Central Bureau Kiro Manoyan stated, commenting on the recent joint statement of the heads of ANM administration, Aram Manukyan; Azeri Musavat Party, Isa Gambar and Georgian Republican Party David Usipashvili.
At Postdam conference, the three parties issued a joint statement stipulating for cooperation in order to reach a common goal. “However, the Armenian National Congress, which is closely connected with ANM, has repeatedly expressed views on the impossibility to change anything in Armenia unless Karabakh conflict is resolved,” Manoyan noted.
The head of Hay Dat Central Bureau remarked on the unclarity of Azeri position in Karabakh issue.
“In contrast to ANM, ARFD does not believe all issues in Armenia will be resolved upon Karabakh conflict settlement,” he told a news conference in Armenia.
