Opposition supporters have gathered at Armenian government reception house to convey a statement to participants of the CoE Forum for the Future of Democracy taking place at the moment.
Foreign relations coordinator of the Armenian National Congress Vladimir Karapetyan said that the protesters, who are not allowed to approach the building, were offered to convey the statement via police officers.
