Azerbaijan reacts inadequately to any peaceful initiative, Armenian expert said.
“The recent polls in Azerbaijan shows that the number of young people dreaming of “revenge” is increasing,” Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan said.
“Baku inspires this opinion with warlike rhetoric and incidents at the contact line with the Nagorno Karabakh armed forces. I have numerously stated that Baku makes warlike statements, as it has no other choice,” he concluded.
