ARF Bureau’s Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan commented on the statement by Grigory Ayvazyan, Azerbaijan’s Armenians Assembly, who suggested forming a new state on NKR-adjacent liberated territories.
“Azerbaijan’s Armenians, playing a significant role in Karabakh conflict settlement, must have their say, however, trying to put forward wise suggestions,” he told a news conference in Yerevan.
Dwelling on the effect of Azerbaijan’s parliamentary relations on Karabakh process, Manoyan voiced his doubt about any possibility for fake elections to influence the conflict.
