Karabakh war veteran, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) commented on the possibility of adoption of a roadmap on Karabakh conflict settlement.
“The issue of roadmap has been under discussions for 2 years. However, the options suggested are inconvenient to either Azerbaijan or Armenia, the Major General told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
As he noted, attempts can be made to impose the roadmap on conflicting parties. “Still, I don’t believe it feasible. The roadmap could be imposed only in case of resumption of hostilities,” Ter-Tadevosyan stressed, adding, “the probability of hostilities resumption is very low until Armenian army exists.”
