Karabakh war veteran, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) commented on the possibility for Azerbaijan to resume the hostilities.
“Currently, conditions are favourable for Azerbaijan to resume the hostilities,” he told a news conference in Yerevan.
As he noted, in its recent statements, OSCE MG expressed positions unfavorable to Armenia, thus giving Azeris the green light. “However, the Azeris are familiar with the Armenian nation, ready to die for its land. The Armenian nation and army are guarantors of non-resumption of hostilities,” Ter-Tadevosyan stressed, adding that superpowers can provoke a regional war to resolve their own issues.
