Armenia should raise the issue of implementation of Woodrow Wilson’s arbitral award in the international institutions, chairman of Constitutional Right Union stated.
“The issue should be raised in the UN, NATO, CoE and other organizations,” Hayk Babukhanyan said.
“Turkey, which has been occupying the Armenian lands for 90 years, still dares to accuse Armenia of occupation,” he said.
