The OSCE summit in Astana proved that the organization has exhausted its possibilities, an Armenian expert said.
“The participants did not take any comprehensive decision. Besides, the Minsk Group Co-chairs failed to organize a meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents,” Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan told a news conference on December 4.
According to him, highly contradictory statements by Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev could be the reason for the failure to organize the meeting.
Melik-Shahnazaryan also emphasized that Armenia should strengthen its position in talks and cement diplomatic and military cooperation with various countries.
