Political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan said he has got an impression that many countries are ready to recognize Nagorno Karabakh within its current borders to withdraw the matter from the agenda.
The international community has become a hostage of the Karabakh conflict, Melik-Shahnazaryan told a press conference in Yerevan.
He added that if everyone is tired of the conflict, Armenia should use this opportunity and prepare the international community for the conflict settlement, i.e. – recognition of NKR.
According to Shahnazaryan, Azerbaijan unwillingly accelerates the process of recognition.
