Former foreign minister of NKR Arman Melikyan said that Armenia should pursue a clearer policy in the Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as define more exactly the borders of Artsakh and raise the matter of Armenian refugees from Baku to withstand pro-Azerbaijani moods.
Armenia should get down to certain actions instead of conducting propaganda, Melikyan told a press conference in Yerevan.
According to him, the matter of Armenian refugees is the main factor for keeping the liberated territories of Artsakh.
“Armenia can state that these territories are allocated to the Armenian refugees as compensation,” Melikyan said, adding that the Armenian refugees’ problem resolution is the key to the Karabakh conflict settlement.
