Armenian government’s inability to implement reforms in the country is caused by deteriorating demographic situation, according to Heritage opposition party secretary.
At a news conference in Yerevan, Larisa Alaverdyan noted demography to be the key issue in Armenia.
“Emigration of opposition groups came as a consequence of government-conducted policy, which could, in turn, affect the country’s development,” she stressed.
