The second Karabakh war is inevitable, according to an Armenian political analyst.
“The only way to prevent hostilities is natural and strong borders, like the rivers Kura and Arax,” Hrant Melik Shahnazaryan told journalists on March 1.
Stressing the impossibility of any territorial concessions, he said that “condemnation and recognition of Azerbaijan as an aggressor will be a straitjacket for this country.”
