On March 21, speaker of the Croatian parliament Luka Bebic arrived in Armenia on an official visit.
As part of the visit, Bebic met with his Armenian counterpart Hovik Abrahamyan in Yerevan.
Abrahamyan said that the visit will contribute to intensification of bilateral ties, as well as assist in boosting inter-parliamentary relations between the two states. The Armenian speaker attached importance to cooperation with Croatia in political, economic, cultural and other fields.
Bebic noted for his part that it is necessary to intensify cooperation between the two countries’ parliament, as it plays an important role in the development of interstate relations.
The parties also referred to matters presenting bilateral interest, as well as attached importance to enhancing cooperation within international organizations.
