Azerbaijan doesn’t explain its non-participation in PABSEC meeting in Yerevan

The 35th meeting of the cultural, educational and social affairs committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) kicked off in the Armenian National Assembly, bringing together delegations of Armenia, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Russia, Greece, Georgia and Bulgaria.

Head of the Armenian delegation to the PABSEC Gagik Minasyan told journalists that the Azerbaijani delegation has not commented on reasons behind its rejection to participate.

Minasyan reminded that the Azerbaijani delegation participated in a meeting of the PABSEC committee on economic affairs last week in Moscow. “Usually the Azerbaijani delegation participates in meetings of the PABSEC held in Yerevan, but this time they did not arrive in Yerevan, without commenting on it,” he said.
