Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan visited Tuesday, August 30, one of military units near Noemberyan, Tavush province.
“Efficient army is one of Armenia's greatest achievements. This is the victory that must be maintained at any price. Even at most difficult times, the Armenian army managed to defeat the enemy thanks to the right strategy,” Ohanyan said when addressing the military.
“Relations between the soldiers and commanders guarantee the efficiency of the army, as mutual respect boosts the morale,” he said, adding that in case of resumption of hostilities, the Armenian army will rebuff any attack.
