The next two years will bring no developments in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process, ARD Dashnaktsutyun Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan said.
Mr. Manoyan links the aforesaid with coming elections in Armenia, Azerbaijan and mediator countries.
“We should intensify the process of Nagorno Karabakh independence recognition to warn Azerbaijan against keeping the negotiation process in standstill. If the latter does not recognize NKR status beyond its borders, international community will disregard Baku’s position,” he said.
