KARABAKH MAY BE A KEY TO SETTLE CONFLICTS IN CAUCASUS

"The resolution of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia may provide the key to the settlement of other conflicts in the Caucasus and neighboring regions", the Russian, U.S. and French co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group for Nagorno-Karabakh said at their meeting with Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev on December 11 evening.
