A student of Yerevan State University informed Hayatsk paper on March 22 that she got an sms message to her mobile several days ago saying: “Dear citizen, please vote for the Republican Party of Armenia at the upcoming parliamentary elections. For this, you can address any of RPA offices and get AMD 10000 award.”
The student said the sender’s number was specified as “RPA” meaning that the message came from an RPA subscriber. The student also noted she used VivaCell-MTS mobile services.
