The idea of this fun-style campaign belongs to a new member of the party, former spokesman for the Armenian Defense Ministry David Karapetyan who is stemming from the town of Goris.
Karapetyan has been organizing concerts in Goris during the past few days with participation of popular singers and actors, the paper reports.
Rumors say that passionate speeches of the ministerial ex spokesman are welcomed in Goris with applause. Singer Arthur Umroyan adds to the joy with his performance, Hraparak says.
