There are real opportunities and prospects for cooperation between private sectors of Armenia and Japan in the sphere of information technologies (IT). As reported by “Arka” agency, advisor of Armenian foreign minister on Japanese affairs Kadzuro Imai said at a meeting with Armenian IT representatives. He also expressed confidence in the high professional level of Armenian specialists and technologies, which could be useful in software development in Japan. At the same time K. Imai noted Japan lacked highly skilled specialists in the field. We already have some experience of cooperation, the advisor said, in particular noting that a number of Armenian specialists worked at Japanese enterprises.
