The visit of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs to the region of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be held in late April – early May. Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev told journalists. Commenting on the report that the co-chairs will arrive with new proposals on the conflict settlement, the minister noted, “it is hard to say to which degree they will be novel and acceptable to Azerbaijan.” “I personally do not expect anything extraordinary from the visit,” – he emphasized. Let us note that the arrival of the co-chairs to the region was expected in the first decade of April. However, Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian doubted the reality of the terms due to the military operations in Iraq.
