According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) executive body meeting in high spirits, “probably a little drunk.”
The meeting, however, did not address issues related to formation of collation and government, with “uncertainty continuing to dominate in Armenian domestic policy,” the paper says.
