On May 21, Foreign Ministry hosted 1st ever Armenia-Oman political consultations, with deputy FM Sergey Manaserian heading the Armenian delegation.
At the event, the parties expressed hope for the consultations to further promote bilateral ties, stressing the importance of cooperation in the sectors of economy, culture and education.
The delegations also focused on cooperation in the framework of international organizations, also centering on regional problems, including recent developments in Karabakh settlement, foreign ministry press service reported.
