Azerbaijan won’t let development of mechanisms for investigation of contact line incidents, political expert said.
According to Edgar Hovhannisyan, Azerbaijan will foil the agreements reached at the upcoming ministerial meeting in Paris.
Dwelling on the possibility of renewal of war, the expert said that it is not yet over.
In this context, he cited famous German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, who said: “Don’t tell me about the enemy’s wishes, tell me about its abilities.”
“Azerbaijan currently lacks real chances to unleash war. Besides, the international community stands against resumption of war,” the expert said.
He further stressed the need for Armenia to intensify its presence and call international community’s attention to Azerbaijan’s aggressive policy.
