Today Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian will meet with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer in Brussels. As reported by Mediamax news agency, the head of the Armenian foreign department and the NATO Secretary General will discuss the decision of Azeri authorities not to issue entry visas to 5 officers of the Armed Forces of Armenia. It should be reminded that the Armenian military were scheduled to participate in NATO Cooperative Best Effort – 2004 exercises, starting within the Partnership for Peace program in Baku today. It should be noted that V. Oskanian is in Brussels to take part in the sitting of the Armenia – EU Cooperation Council.
