According to Hraparak daily, on June 15, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan warned the newly-appointed ministers against making staff changes.
The instruction first of all refers to Prosperous Armenia members working at ministries, given the fact that the new ministers took their seats as a result of renouncement of their mandates, the paper says.
