On June 18, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan introduced the newly-appointed ministers to ministry employees, with Orinats Yerkir party member, Minister of Urban Development Samvel Tadevosyan pledging to pursue more effective and transparent activity, Yerkir daily reports.
Prior to that, media outlets circulated names of several OrinatsYerkir representatives as possible candidates for the post.
Mr.Tadevosyan simply proved lucky to buy the seat at an auction. He himself agreed to pay the amount OrinatsYerkir leader had set, with other candidates’ unable to fulfill the demand, the paper says.
