AZERI FOREIGN MINISTER CALLED ON COUNTRY NGOS TO TAKE PART IN FORUM IN KARABAKH

Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov has called on the country NGOs to take part in the youth forum in Nagorno Karabakh. “I believe, if a forum is held there, why should not Azeri non-governmental organizations participate in it. Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan after all,” – he told journalists today, Trend Azeri news agency reported. In the Minister’s words, his statement should not be viewed as establishment of official relations with “Armenian aggressors.”
