EU SECRETARY GENERAL CONGRATULATED KOCHARIAN ON BEING REELECTED ARMENIAN PRESIDENT

Due to Robert Kocharian’s reelection in the office of the Armenian president secretary general of the European Union, EU foreign/international policy chief Javier Solana felicitated him. The congratulatory message specifically expressed “best wishes” to R. Kocharian, as well as wished “further development and prosperity” to Armenia.
