Negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan will continue irrespective of the results of the presidential elections in Armenia. Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev said yesterday. As reported by “Arminfo” agency referring to Baku sources, the Azeri foreign department head also expressed hope for the negotiation process to become more efficient after the presidential elections in Azerbaijan. Vilayat Guliyev noted that after Heydar Aliyev’s visit to the US a meeting of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs had been held, but neither Armenia, nor Azerbaijan possessed information on the details of the meeting.
