The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 409,68 on August 28, decreasing by 0.02 point compared to August 27, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 514,07, increasing by 1.25 point while the rate of Russian ruble decreased by 0.08 point to total AMD 12,80, CBA press service reported.
