Armenia has gained nothing from Azeri assassin Ramil Safarov extradition, but now is the time to use the incident to restore Artsakh people’s right to self-determination, ARF Dashnaktsutyun’s Armenian Cause Political Affairs Office Director said.
“Armenia shouldn’t halt Karabakh settlement talks, instead announcing the start of a campaign for international recognition of Artsakh,” Kiro Manoyan said.
